North End Aperture
North End Phase III consists of 168 luxury apartments and features upscale amenities including a work library, sports lounge and pet wash station, as well as a public Riverwalk and Fresh Thyme Farmers Market, a grocery store featuring natural & organic offerings. Levels 3-6 are Type IIIA construction with fire treated wood stud exterior walls with a two-hour rating. The residential interior walls and floor framing are wood studs and wood trusses respectively. The basement and levels 1-2 are Type IA construction with precast concrete plank bearing on precast beams, precast columns and masonry walls at the exterior – these lower levels contain 294 parking spaces along with the grocery store & various mechanical spaces and resident amenities.
